About Me
Darlene Frederick, Trainer

Dogs have been a major part of Darlene's  life from the time she was a child, training her own dogs to perform any tricks she was able to imagine.
As an adult, she was bitten by the dog show bug, and trained & showed her dogs in performance events, including Obedience, Agility, & Rally Obedience.
She has had experience teaching group classes and training dogs and their pet parents on a one-on-one basis.
Darlene is a member of APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers),  Canine Life and Social Skills (C.L.A.S.S.) Evaluator, AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, and AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Evaluator.
My Training
My ultimate goal for training is to help your dog become the best family member possible.  After volunteering at our local shelter, and seeing the heartbreak of dogs surrendered because of behavioral issues, I've become determined to help dogs overcome any problems they may have, in order to remain in their homes.
I realize no two dogs are alike, and I will work with you and your dog to achieve the goals you desire. For some people, that may mean making your dog a valued companion and your best friend,  while others may want to experience the teamwork and excitement that comes from competing with your dog in the show ring.
